One of the Norway ladies was sent out to a foster home since she was 3 months old and had no chance to be close with her mom. She had to move along with her dad for 12 times until she was used to separation and lack of warmness from people of close relationship. What retribution caused her life to be like this? A man, when he was in childhood he was diligent but when he was grown up he became a trouble maker because of his promiscuous behavior. He always asked money from parents and spent it all with women. His parents thought he might be under the influence of black magic so they took him to a black magic master to remove the curse but nothing was better. He was admitted to a nerve hospital once. His mother ordained him as a monk at a temple. During his ordination, he was better but things turned back to be same after he quitted a priesthood. Did he have a mental problem from a black magic…..what is the Kammar of his parents to have so much sorrow with their son in this life?
The Bachelorette
Every first Sunday of each month and on the days the temple had big ceremonies; and every time I attended the ceremony of offering sustenance to the Lord Buddha and of other big merit of the temple, I made wishes “May I own a house with land and a car.” Later on, my grandfather bought me a car when I did not even ask him for it. And a couple surprised things that happened to me. All my wishes were accomplished. This incident seriously strengthens my faith in merit.
Good Bye, My Hometown
My employers liked to go to temples and they had very kind hearts.I had a chance to learn about the law of Karma and the truth of life because here DMC was on most of the day. Dhamma teachings were heard through the whole house including the morning and evening chanting and the Cetiya’s homage paying.

She was born in the family that everybody accomplished in their life. Her father is a smart and well-educated people. Her mother has a very high IQ. Her sister always gets the first place of the class. However, she is different and looks like a looser among the winners. Even her marriage did not go smoothly. She has many suffering. Only her grandmother gave her an encouragement. Once her grandmother passed away, she intended to do the merit for her grandmother for one year. Then she will commit suicide. Fortunately, she found DMC before she did that.
